If after visiting the nursery you wish for your child to be on our waiting list, please click here to download a printable registration form or contact the nursery to have a copy posted to you. Complete the form and return it to us with the Registration Fee. This is a non-refundable administration charge. We will acknowledge receipt and inform you of the availability of the requested sessions. At this stage you will be given the opportunity to secure a guaranteed place by paying a deposit equivalent to four weeks fees. Payment of this deposit ensures the place will be held open for your child until the start date agreed with the nursery manager. For current fee rates please refer to our fees page. The fees are reviewed at the start of each year. Alternatively, if you choose just to put your child’s name on our waiting list, we will contact you if a place becomes available and request the deposit before the agreed starting date. Terms and Conditions Please ensure you fully understand the Terms and Conditions before you register your child or pay the deposit, as we do not wish there to be any misunderstanding in the future. When you register your child and pay the deposit you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. The deposit will refunded in full (after the final fees have been paid) only if your child attends nursery for a minimum of three months and one month’s written notice of leaving has been given. 2. If you do not comply with Condition 1, or if, for whatever reason, your child does not start at nursery after you have secured the guaranteed place, the deposit will be kept by the nursery. This covers, in part, the loss of fees during the period when the place is kept empty prior to the agreed start date. 3. Fees are invoiced calendar monthly, and are payable in advance on the first day of each month (by cheque, cash or online). A charge will be payable if fees are not paid by the 5th of the month, with an additional daily charge until 10th of the month. Any parent/carer whose fees remain unpaid after this date, without prior agreement of the Nursery Manager, risks their childcare place being withdrawn. 4. We do not charge fees when the nursery is closed. 5. We are unable to refund fees for sessions/cooked lunches missed due to illness or holidays. The place is being held for your child and the nursery overheads (including staff salaries) still have to be met. However, at our discretion, in the case of a long absence, we will consider making a reduction whilst holding the place. 6. In order that your child settles in and has a sense of continuity a minimum of two sessions attendance each week is required. 7. If you wish to reduce the number of sessions your child attends, or withdraw your child from nursery, we require one month’s written notice, in order that we may offer the place to another child.
