Young Sussex has been providing high quality care and education for preschool children for over 21 years at our three conveniently located nurseries.  Qualified and caring staff ensure your children will learn and have fun in a safe, friendly and stimulating environment. Our priorities are your children’s safety and happiness.

Through free and structured play, children are encouraged to make the most of their natural curiosity.  They are allowed to develop personal, social and intellectual skills at their own pace, preparing them for the transition to school with self confidence and an awareness of the world around them. Staff record children’s progress at every stage.

We cater for babies at all three of our nurseries. Our Dyke Road and Portland Road nurseries also have dedicated pre-school sections to better prepare your children for school.

Each nursery undertakes a quality assurance scheme with their Local Authority, ensuring that the nurseries are continually assessing the service they provide. All three nurseries have scored top grades in our OFSTED inspections for all areas of childcare and education.
