The Foundation Stage at Young Sussex is fully accredited by 'QuILT', which is endorsed by Investors in Children What is ‘Investors in Children’? What are ‘Quality Assurance schemes’? Quality Assurance schemes are training programmes designed to encourage childcare providers and early educators to think carefully about what they do and why they do it. Quality Assurance schemes wanting to receive endorsement under the Investors in Children initiative were invited to submit their applications for rigorous assessment by an independent Panel of childcare experts. Investors in Children endorsed Quality Assurance schemes are entitled to include the Investors in Children badge within their promotional and award materials (e.g. certificates and plaques). What does it mean to you? Childcare providers and early educators will be able to demonstrate their commitment to excellence by going above and beyond the national standards. By asking a child carer or early years educator if they have taken part in an Investors in Children endorsed Quality Assurance scheme you are able to make a more informed choice when deciding with whom you wish to entrust the care of your child.
